As an LPN by profession, I have a passion for caring for the elderly and ensuring everyone feels valued and respected. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my four grandchildren, my family, and working on my farm.

I have been working in healthcare for 20 years, and caring for and supporting the elderly has always held a special place in my heart. I currently serve as the Special Care Coordinator and Business Office Coordinator, where I enjoy building meaningful relationships with residents, families, and my coworkers. I truly value the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of those I care for each day. Outside of work, I’m a proud wife and mom to one daughter. I’m also a devoted dachshund lover and happily share my home with eight of them! They bring lots of love, laughter, and personality into my life.

He has been married to Shirley, an RN, for 41 years, and together they have 3 adult children, 7 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren. Herb loves church, fishing, hunting, his family, and his ’67 Chevelle SS.
